A rich source of vitamin C, red raspberry also contains significant amounts of iron, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamins D, G, and F. Red raspberry is one of the most popular tonics for women today and is commonly used during and after pregnancy.
